Privacy

Families and clients can expect their personal information and circumstances to be treated with discretion and respect at every step, from the first conversation through ongoing care. We collect only what we need to provide care and to respond to your enquiry, and we do not sell personal information.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone, or email, we use the details you share only to follow up about care. Client photographs are only ever published with written consent from the person or the family member holding authority.

This site provides general information about our services and is not medical advice. Nothing here creates a care agreement; care always begins with a conversation and a complimentary in-home assessment. Details such as availability and specifics of care are confirmed directly with you.
