Is Heart to Heart a medical or nursing service?
No. We're a private in-home care and lifestyle support company. We don't provide medical treatment, and we don't replace a physician or home health agency. What we offer is compassionate, professionally guided support that helps clients live safely and independently at home — with a level of observation and communication most private care companies don't provide.
How is this different from a home health agency?
Home health agencies are typically focused on medical, task-based care delivered by clinical staff. Heart to Heart focuses on the whole person — building relationships and individualized plans around daily living, companionship, and peace of mind, guided by professional healthcare oversight rather than functioning as a medical provider.
How quickly can care begin?
Timelines depend on your family's needs and the type of support required. In many cases, we can schedule a complimentary in-home assessment within days and begin building a care plan shortly after.
How much does care cost?
Cost depends on the level of care a client needs. Because every care plan is built around a specific person rather than a fixed package, we walk through exact pricing during your complimentary in-home assessment — so there are no surprises.
